My educational philosophy starts by building relationships. I work very hard at understanding my students – they just want to be heard, understood and to feel important. I apply a simple set of classroom rules so that my students understand rules and consequences. I want my students to about the world around them with strength and confidence and feel no problem to too large or too difficult to overcome.
